The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) recorded a 95.35% overall passing rate in the October 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PhLE), with 41 of its 43 examinees passing on October 21.
Of the 42 first-time takers, 41 passed, posting a 97.62% passing rate. The university also had one retaker who did not pass the examination.
The result is particularly notable as the 41 passers from the first-time takers belong to the first batch of pharmacy graduates since USM resumed offering the Pharmacy program.
Nationally, 3,830 of the 4,944 examinees passed the October 2026 PhLE, posting a 77.47% passing rate, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
The two-day examination was conducted on October 15–16, 2026, at designated PRC testing centers.
