KABACAN,COTABATO—To provide tailored financing solutions from startups to major expansions, LandBank Philippines launched its Innovative Financing Thrust Towards Inclusive National Growth through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (LIFTING MSMEs) program on June 4, 2026, at the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) Commercial Building.

Gathering over 200 MSME owners across different municipalities in the province, LandBank introduced three tailored packages based on business maturity and size: the Start-up Loan, Step-up Loan, and Level-up Loan.

“We acknowledge that 99% of the businesses in the Philippines are MSMEs; that is why, we are here to help you,” stated Ms. Charlotte I. Conde, LandBank Executive Vice President of the National Development Lending Sector, as she concluded the launch.

The LIFTING MSMEs program was strategically launched by gathering startup businesses—ranging from food to non-food products—which were featured during the event’s exhibit. Through this collaborative platform, LandBank ensured that accessible credit and financial literacy are within reach for growing enterprises.

The successful launching underscored USM’s support in bridging financial and technical support from banking institutions to MSME beneficiaries, fostering local economic resilience and inclusive growth.
