The SOCCSKSARGEN Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (SOXAARRDEC) joined the DXVL 94.9 Kool FM in celebrating its 20th Anniversary on July 24, 2026 at USM Commercial Building, Kabacan, Cotabato.
The celebration began with the Welcome Remarks of Prof. Brex Bryan Nicolas, DXVL Station Manager, highlighting the two decades of searching truth and relentless service to the community, demonstrating its vital role as radio station that gives a voice to the university and community, dissiminate information, provides education and advocates for truth.
SOXAARRDEC Consortium Director, Dr. Julius Jerome G. Ele, Dr. Mark Al-Jamie J. Muttulani, Deputy Consortium Director and SOXAARRDEC staff received the Siren of Community Development Awards. This award is presented to government agencies whose exemplary communication initiatives have empowered communities promoted sustainable development, and improved the quality of life by fostering public awareness. participation and collaboration.
Dr. Julius Jerome G. Ele also expressed his gratitude in recognizing SOXAARRDEC as an awardee, acknowledging the partnership and support of DXVL in covering Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources, Research, Development and Innovation programs.
Also present during the event are the LGU Kabacan, DA ATI RTC XII, DA PCC, PIA XII and other various public and private institutions and business establishments.
