USMCEE 2025 ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Important: Carefully read all information. Cancellations of reserved examination slots will NOT be entertained.

Date of Examination:

• December 14, 2024 (No other schedule)

Venues:

• USM Main Campus (Kabacan)
• USM Kidapawan City Campus (Kidapawan City)
• USM-PALMA (USM Montay Campus Covered Court)

Examination Batches:

• Batch 1: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Batch 2: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Batch 3: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

How to Register (3 Easy Steps):

Registration Period: November 8, 2024 (12:00 Noon) to November 24, 2024

1. CLICK (https://cee.usm.edu.ph) to register. 
   Note:        No onsite applications will be accepted.
2. ENCODE necessary information (e.g., School ID No.).
3. UPLOAD your School ID and a 2×2 ID photo, with the following specifications:
   • JPG format only (other formats will not be accepted).
   • Image must be 300×300 pixels, not exceeding 2MB, with plain white background and no shadows.
   • Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
   • Wear decent attire (collared shirt, no eyeglasses, ears uncovered).
   • Photo is for your USM ID once enrolled.

What to Bring on Exam Day:

1. Ball pen
2. Pencil
3. Valid ID
4. Printed examination slip (generated after successful registration)
5. Snacks and water (no single-use plastic containers; tumblers only)
6. Transparent bag or envelope for personal items

For Second-Time Takers:

• Re-register using the provided link.
• Pay the service fee at the cashier’s office, Administration Building, USM Kabacan, Cotabato, at least one week before the exam.
• Present your payment receipt on the exam day.

For First-Time Takers:

• The examination is FREE.

WARNING:

• Creating multiple accounts to secure slots is PROHIBITED.
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate.
• Incomplete or incorrect entries, or multiple accounts, may result in disqualification.
