USM RDE Gathers USM Personnel for Futures Thinking

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) concluded the two-day Annual Planning and Workshop 2024 on January 12, 2023, at the USM Commercial Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.
Attended by the members of the Administrative Council, the assembly tackled the accomplishments and challenges encountered in the previous year.
With the guidance of the Planning and Development Office (PDO), the Admin Council members worked with their respective teams during the workshop. Further, the presentation of outputs transpired in the afternoon with Prof. Marcos F. Monderin representing Dr. Ronielyn F. Pinsoy for Academic Affairs, Dr. Debbie Marie B. Verzosa for Research Development and Extension, Dr. Samsudin S. Panday for Resource Generation and Entrepreneurial Services, and Dr. Eimer M. Estilloso for the Administration and Finance. Likewise, Dr. George F. Gamolo, the Planning and Development Director and Dr. Jeanne Y. Aure, the Dean for the College of Education, Arts and Sciences (CEAS) of USM-KCC presented their targets for the year.
Dr. Francisco Gil N. Garcia, the USM President, along with the Performance Management Team (PMT), spearheaded by Dr. Estilloso, evaluated the presentations.
