USM Produces new Electronics Engineers, Technicians

Nine alumni from the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) passed the October 2024 Licensure Examination for Electronics Engineers (ECE) and Electronics Technicians (ECT), as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission on October 29, 2024. 

Five out of ten examinees passed the ECE Licensure Exam, where USM recorded a 50% passing rate exceeding the national passing rate of 45.99%. 

Further, in the ECT Licensure Exam, four out of five USM takers passed, achieving an 80% passing rate, higher than the 70.77% national passing rate.

The exams were conducted in the different testing centers in the Philippines on October 19-21, 2024.
