University of Southern Mindanao celebrated its 4 passers of the October 2019 Chemistry Licensure Exam and 23 graduates who qualified for registration as Chemical Technicians.
As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission on Monday, 457 out of 1,085 passed the Chemist Licensure Examination and 2,298 out of 2,834 passed the Chemical Technician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Chemistry.
USM garnered a passing rate of 92.00% in the Chemical Technician Board Exam as opposed to the national passing rate of 81.09%. Meanwhile, USM registered a passing rate of 20.00% compared to the 42.12% national passing rate.
