
USM Aleosan Receives New Academic Facility from Cotabato Province

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) once again marked a notable results in the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), as released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on December 18, 2025.
USM–Kidapawan City Campus (KCC) earned a spot among the Top Performing Schools in the Secondary Level, ranking 7th nationwide under Category B, with an impressive 96.11% passing rate, further underscoring the university’s commitment to excellence in teacher education.
USM- Kabacan also produced several topnotchers in both the Elementary and Secondary levels. Nhormida Dumamba Umanta ranked 10th in the Elementary level with a 92.20 percent rating. In the Secondary level, Grazell Gem Angeles Pinoon placed 8th with a 93.40 percent rating, while Norhaya Dimalanes Ebrahim also secured rank 10, earning a 93.00% rating.
Meanwhile, USM–Kabacan recorded an overall passing rate of 54.67% in the Elementary level, with a 97.52% passing rate for first-time takers, surpassing the national passing rate of 51.04%.
In the Secondary level, the campus posted a 50.09% overall passing rate, with 76.08% for first-time takers, contributing to the growing number of newly licensed teachers produced by the university.
These results highlight USM’s continued role in producing competent and dedicated professional teachers who will serve schools and communities across the country.
