Saliling discusses HR best practices in 18th RCHRP Convention

October 1, 2023A university team joins the 26th Productivity Challenge Workshop: Discovering and Designing Productivity Solutions facilitated by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) on September 20, 2023 at SEDA Abreeza Hotel – Davao City. The said workshop is designed to guide public sector employees in understanding and appreciating basic productivity and innovation tools that will eventually introduce innovation in government systems and processes. The series of workshops is part of the Philippine Challenge Program (PCP) of the Development Academy of the Philippines.
The USM team is composed of Engr. Willie Jones B. Saliling of the Office of the President, Ms. Jaspher Garidan of the Planning and Development Office, Mr. Marlon Marquez of the Human Resource Management and Development Office, Mr. Kharlo Subrio of the University Quality Assurance Office, Mr. Irvin Salise of the Internal Audit Services, and Ms. Yvonne Saliling of Student Affairs.
The team is expected to facilitate similar workshops for the university employees across organizational units within the university through the Linang Tao Academy’s Workplace Innovation Hub.
The participants are also expected to submit entries to the 2023 Productivity Spark: 1,000 Ideas for Productivity.
