Gov. Mendoza Highlights Educational Achievements in SOPA 2025

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) headed by USM President Jonald L. Pimentel, PhD together with Vice Presidents, selected members of the main campus Administrative Council and USM Kidapawan City Campus Management Council attended the 2025 State of the Province Address (SOPA) by the Governor Emmylou “LALA” J. Taliño-Mendoza on March 18, 2025 at the Provincial Capitol Gymnasium, Amas, Kidapawan City, Cotabato.
In her address, Governor Mendoza shared the province’s progress over the past year, including improvements in infrastructure, social services, community empowerment, and economic development. The governor also mentioned some projects that involved USM as its partner state university. She emphasized her commitment to sustainable growth, good governance, and effective programs that focuses on improving the lives of Cotabateños.
The achievements mentioned in SOPA show that under her leadership and the collaborative efforts of every Cotabateño, the province on clear path toward continued development and greater accomplishments.
