USM Conducts Mid-year Performance Management Review

The University of Southern Mindanao, through the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), conducted the Salamat, Mabuhay Program, an event for retirees, on September 5, 2024, at the USM Commercial Building, Kabacan, Cotabato in recognition to their great contribution and invaluable service to the university.
In his opening speech, Eimer M. Estilloso, EdD, the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF), highlighted that retirement in the government service opens another path and is not yet the end.
Nerissa G. Dela Viña, PhD, the HRMDO Director, expressed her gratitude to the retirees in her closing remarks. She recognized their sacrifices throughout the years of their service to USM.
Two plaques of recognition were awarded to the faculty retirees, while a plaque of recognition, a certificate, and a token were awarded to the non-teaching staff retirees.
