The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) successfully hosted the benchmarking visit of the eight (8) different office heads and directors of South Cotabato State College (SCSC) on July 4, 2024, to the different offices of the University.
SCSC personnel expressed their interest in conducting the activity with USM as it would be a valuable foundation for strengthening and developing their institution.
During the visit of SCSC, USM shared its best practices and significant procedures in Human Resource Management, Records Management, General Services Management, Information Technology, and Legal Affairs.
SCSC thanked USM for the warm welcome and support during the benchmarking visit. The team also expressed hope for continued collaboration and partnership between the two institutions for mutual benefit. USM and SCSC are known for their existing partnership in projects implemented in Region XII.
