USM Records New Chemists, Chemical Technicians

Keneth Cole Audencial, a graduate of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM), ranked 2nd in the October 2024 Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination (CTLE) with a 91.00% rating, as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on October 21, 2024.
Out of 2711 examinees, 2,110 passed the CTLE this year, translating to a national passing rate of 77.85%. While USM achieved an 82.22% passing rate.
Meanwhile, the Chemists Licensure Examination (CLE) had 592 passers out of 1,088 examinees, with a national passing rate of 54.41%. USM posted a passing rate of 44.83%.
The exams took place in various testing centers across the country, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga on October 14 -15, 2024.
