Kabacan, Cotabato—Looking to enhance the quality of training designs and completion reports, the University of Southern Mindanao Extension Services Office (USM-ESO) conducted capacity building on February 17, 2025, at the ESO Conference Room.
The training aimed to equip extension project leaders with the essential knowledge and skills needed to develop structured training designs and completion reports.
ESO Director Dr. Glyn G. Magbanua provided the participants with basic knowledge and practical applications in preparing these documents.
The training gathered extension project leaders from various academic units, including the College of Science and Mathematics (CSM), College of Business, Development, Economics, and Management (CBDEM), College of Art and Social Sciences (CASS), College of Trades and Industry (CTI), Institute of Sports Education and Recreation (ISPEAR), College of Education (CED), College of Engineering and Industrial Technology (CEIT) and College of Health Sciences (CHS).
The key highlight of the event was the presentation and critiquing session, during which participants received constructive feedback on their written reports, further refining their skills in developing well-structured and comprehensive reports.
Through this initiative, USM-ESO continues its commitment to strengthening the capacity of extension leaders, ensuring more effective and well-documented training programs across the university.
