The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) held its mid-year performance management review on September 3-4, 2024, at the Skyroom, Admin Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.
The review focused on assessing the university targets for the year and identifying critical areas that need improvement to optimize operations and service delivery.
In his keynote address, USM President Francisco Gil N. Garcia, PhD emphasized the significance of pursuing continuous development within the university.
“It is essential that we not only preserve the honors and achievements USM has earned over the years but also continue striving for greater growth as an institution.” He remarked.
The mid-year performance review is part of the ongoing commitment of USM to ensure the fulfillment of its mission and vision. It serves as a mechanism to assess the effectiveness of the university programs and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and services to its stakeholders.
