USM College Entrance Examination (USMCEE) Registration is now open (A.Y. 2026 – 2027)

This post contains relevant information for everyone (Grade 12 students, transferees, and retakers) who will take the USM College Entrance Examination for A.Y. 2026-2027. We request everyone to carefully read and understand the instructions. Again, creating  multiple accounts to secure slots is STRICTLY 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗.

USM Main Campus (Kabacan)
USM Kidapawan City Campus (Kidapawan City)
USM-PALMA (USM – Montay Campus Covered Court)

𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀:
𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟭: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟯: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝘆:
1. Ball pen
2. Pencil
3. Valid ID ( School ID,  Voter’s ID, Postal ID, Driver’s License, Philippine Identification Card, or any other government-issued ID)
4. Printed examination slip (generated after successful registration)
5. Snacks and water (no single-use plastic containers; tumblers only)
6. Payment receipt (for second- time takers only)

Note: For second-time takers, pay the service fee at the cashier’s office, Administration Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato, at least one week before the exam.
