USM beats nat’l pass rate in agriculturist board exam; Francisco lands top 9

True to University of Southern Mindanao’s commitment in improving its performance in licensure examinations, USM recently clinched a 95.65% passing rate in the Member of Institute Certified Bookkeepers (MICB) licensure examination conducted on July 28, 2019 at the College of Business, Development, Economics, and Management (CBDEM).
CERTS Educational Services/National Institute of Accounting Technicians announced that 44 out of 46 takers from USM are now newly-registered bookkeepers where seven were conferred as top performers and 12 were awarded with high distinctions.

“MICB” stands for Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (CB). CB is the first level exam before proceeding to the next levels, Registered Cost Accountant (RCA) and Certified Accounting Technician (CAT).
