USM, 7FAB Forge Partnership for Civic, Community Development

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) and the 7th Field Artillery Battalion (7FAB) have officially signed a Memorandum of Partnership to support each other’s programs, activities, and projects on July 24, 2024, at the Office of the President, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.

LTC Roy T Nuez ART (GSC) PA, CPT Alexander C Plaza (ART) PA, 1LT Afril Aguaviva, two other officers from the 7FAB, Lahmudin P. Mantawil, and two USM Vice Presidents, namely, Debbie Marie B. Verzosa, PhD and Eimer M. Estilloso, EdD, were present in the activity.

This agreement highlights USM’s commitment to be a strong partner to different agencies and offices that would benefit the local community through coordinated efforts and shared resources. USM believes that through collaboration, the University can help improve the quality of life of the people in the community.
