The University has the USM Research, Development and Extension (RDE) Manual of 2023, approved by the USM Board of Regents (BOR) by virtue of Resolution No. 106, s. 2023. However, since then, some new policies have been proposed. As the new RDE Manual is being finalized, the Office of the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension issued Memorandum 84, s. 2024 to provide relevant information related to RDE.
