New Zealand Embassy Brings Manaaki Scholarship to USM

For USMCEE applicants who registered and were unable to take the USMCEE on January 24, 2026, a special schedule has been arranged as follows:

Date: March 28, 2026
Time: 9:00 A.M.
Venue: CBDEM Covered Court, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato

Registration Deadline: March 27, 2026, 11:00 A.M.

Note: USMCEE applicants who already took the exam on January 24, 2026, are strictly not allowed to take the examination again.

What to bring during Examination Day:
1. Ball pen
2. Pencil
3. Valid ID (School ID, Voter’s ID, Postal ID, Driver’s License, Philippine Identification Card, or any other government-issued ID) 
4. Printed examination slip (generated after successful registration)
5. Snacks and water (no single-use plastic containers; tumblers only)
6. Payment receipt (for second- time takers only)

For second-time takers, please pay the service fee at Counter 8, Cash Unit, Administration Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato. Cut-off Time: Monday to Thursday – 3:30 PM; Friday – 2:30 PM.

During the examination, cellphones are strictly NOT ALLOWED. Examinees may place their phones in the designated deposit tray inside the examination room or keep them inside their sling bags.

Anybody caught taking or attempting to take photos, videos, or any form of images of the answer sheet or examination booklet will be automatically DISQUALIFIED, and they will be permanently barred from taking the USMCEE.
