SOXAARRDEC Sponsors Webinar on Research Management

March 29, 2022- SOXAARRDEC through its Research & Development Cluster sponsored a 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 via zoom with more than 80 participants attending from the different Consortium Member Institutions (CMIs).

Dr. Jaine Cadoc-Reyes, a professor from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños served as resource person of the webinar. She discussed the Nature, Culture and Processes of Research and Development. She also had a discussion on R&D System, Finance Administrative and Research Processes. She emphasized the need of the researchers to focus on their research and not on the administrative papers of a project.

Dr. Josephine R. Migalbin, the consortium director, expressed her gratitude for the participation of the CMIs and to Dr. Reyes for sharing her time and expertise for the best of SOXAARRDEC.

As part of its support to the CMIs, the consortium, through the R&D Cluster, reassures that CMI representatives are capacitated in managing research in the SOCCSKSARGEN Region.
