The University of Southern Mindanao (USM), through the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF), welcomed the delegation from Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU for a benchmarking activity on March 7-8, 2024.
Primarily, the visit focused on exploring USM’s implementation of the Revised Organization and Staffing Standards (ROSS). Moreover, a discussion on the overview of the new positions, the roles and responsibilities, the university’s organizational structure, and the operations of the newly implemented office transpired.
The mutual exchange of knowledge looks forward to creating future collaborations and a greater understanding between the two universities, promoting academic excellence and addressing regional concerns.
