Dr. Elsa A. Gonzaga, Director for Instruction of USM, said “The COPC is not just a bureaucratic formality, but it represents the commitment of USM to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in our educational programs. It builds stakeholder’s confidence, manifests operational readiness, and aligns with mandates.”
