R & D Display Center

USM R&D Display Center was funded by Bureau of Agricultural Research of the Department of Agriculture (DA-BAR). The center displayed various developed products of USM and other collaborating agencies. It was built to help sell and promote the products by showcasing them and providing a store for ease of access of the consumers and possible resellers. However, the business did not succeed due to low income and not enough money for future operations. But with the determination and courage of the University head, Dr. Francisco Gil N. Garcia, to help the products of the University to be recognized and gain profit, he decided to recover the Display Center and enhance it. Last January 4, 2020, the designation for the new R&D Display Center Manager was given to Mr. Jalaloden B. Marohom, a faculty member of Business Administration Department of the University. With his knowledge and background in marketing and management, he can surely offer a big help in improving the center. He firmly believes that when you believe and say you can achieve all good things you can surely do it.
