GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. Poster paper may be a preliminary report of an on-going/study or a completed research report. The e-poster should be well-organized, concise, and self-explanatory.
  2. E-poster dimension: 30 x 40 inches or 2.50 x 3.33 feet in a portrait orientation.
  3. Should include the following information:
    • Title
    • Author(s) (name, address (unabbreviated))
    • Brief introduction (not abstract)
    • Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • References
  4. Facing the poster, the heading will incorporate the USM logo on the upper left and the funding agency logo at the upper right (externally funded research), USM logo only for internally funded research.
  5. The e-poster must be saved in a PNG format and to be submitted via Google form (Link:
    https://forms.gle/kreVzgf5oDnq83YP8)
  6. Deadline for the e-posters and abstract is on November 2, 2021, to give time for the formatting of the e-poster for online viewing of the panels.
  7. Judging will be done on November 5, 2021.

CRITERIA

• Significance of Findings = 30%
• Experimental Organization/Procedure = 30%
• Presentation (Lay-out, color, etc.) = 30%
• Over-all quality = 10%
