RAISE Batch 2 TCMS Graduation Held at USM

The 6th Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST- PCAARRD) Technology Commercial Section Membership Series (TCMS) concluded through a Graduation Ceremony at the University of Southern Mindanao (USM), Kabacan, Cotabato on April 17, 2024.

Dr. Reynado V. Ebora, Executive Director of DOST-PCAARD, presented the seven regional mentors, including Isabela State University, Central Luzon State University, Bohol Island State University, Western Mindanao State University, Central Mindanao University, Caraga State University, and USM. In his message, Dr. Ebora emphasized that the mentorship program was specifically designed to equip the participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the entertainment landscape in the call for commercialization. 

During the closing program, Engr. Sammy P. Malawan, the DOST XII Regional Director, congratulated the graduates of the TCMS. He said the initiative highlights the critical roles of collaboration among key stakeholders in the agriculture, aquatic, and natural resources sectors. “I sincerely hope you remember all the valuable lessons you have learned and apply them at your respective institutions.” He concluded. 

A total of 102 participants from Regions II, III, VII, IX, X, XII, and XIII graduated from the series.
