Quickie Printing Machine, a proposed innovation by Halid Balimbingan Pandulo, Reynan B. Zamora, and Kyla Mae G. Calibadan, concluded champion on the 2nd day of the Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, and Business Development Office (IPTTBDO)’s Design Thinking and Pitching Competition on September 25, 2024, at the Commercial Building, Kabacan, Cotabato.

A total of 10 participants competed during the event. Juan Stop Manong won 2nd Runner-up and  PESTEKAPP secured 3rd Runner-up.

“It was a fun experience as I got to interact and converse with a lot of intellectual people, especially with my group mates. A lot of us experienced pitching competitions for the first time, and it significantly gave us a lot of knowledge that I can use in the future. By winning the competition, it was astonishing to witness the fruit of our labor, and it was all thanks to my team’s collaborative efforts,” expressed Calibadan.

This competition was led by Dr. Jalaloden B. Marohom, director of USM IPTTBDO, and is part of the activities in celebrating the 3rd RDE Techno Forum, led by Dr. Debbie Marie B. Verzosa, Vice President for Research, Development and Extension.
