Pursuant Memorandum Circular No. 81 issued by the Office of the President on April 14, 2025, all employees of the University of Southern Mindanao shall follow a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement on the morning of April 16, 2025 (Wednesday). Work in USM will be suspended starting at 1200 noon on the same day. This supersedes Memorandum No. 035 series of 2025 (Working Arrangement for April 15 and 16, 2025).
However, to ensure essential services remain uninterrupted the WFH arrangement in the morning does not apply to the vice presidents, deans, directors, office clerks, utility staff and the personnel of the followina offices/ units:
- Office of the University President
- University Hospital
- Security Services Management Office
- Records Office Admission and Records Office
- Cashier’s Office
- Procurement Units
- Human Resource Management and Development Office
- Financial Management Services
