‘USM aims to pursue RDE initiatives aligned with stakeholders’ needs’: VPRDE Verzosa to USM partner agencies

Mayor Evangeline P. Guzman attended the Convocation Program of USM on January 22, 2024, at the Administration Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.
During her speech, she presented the current accomplishments of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Kabacan. She shared the programs of LGU on security, peace and order, and development. She emphasized the partnership of USM and LGU-Kabacan in its campaign for safety in the place.
Moreover, she reminisced her time when she was still with USM employed as administrative staff. She considers USM as her training ground which honed her skills in processing papers, and that she did not expect what fate has brought her. She mentioned her gratitude to USM as contributor to the economic progress of the municipality. “Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa inyo, at sana ipagpatuloy pa natin ang samahan, kooperasyon, at sakripisyo para sa patuloy na pag-unlad pa ng bayan ng Kabacan.” She ended.
Since the convocation program happens every Monday, this is the first time that USM had its guest. President Francisco Gil N. Garcia expressed his appreciation for the time shared by Mayor Guzman and for the initiatives she exerted that usually involve USM.
