ANNOUNCEMENT
The filing of candidacy for USM Alumni Officers and Board of Trustees will end on September 27, 2024, at exactly 05:00 PM at the USM Alumni House, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.
Who are registered to be voted upon as officers and Board of Trustees?
1. Those who have attended two (2) consecutive Annual General Assemblies.
2. Those who have paid their dues are considered active members.
3. No member convicted by final judgement of an offense punishable by the imprisonment for a period not exceeding six (6) years or a violation of the corporation code of the Philippines committed within five years prior to the date of the election shall run for any office of the MIT-USMAA, Inc.
4. Those who are graduates of MIT/USM and registered members of MIT-USMAA, Inc. as set by the committee on membership of USMAA, Inc.
NOTE: For identification purposes, VOTERS shall be required to present their MIT-USMAA Alumni ID card or official receipt of annual dues during election.
