Our art must do more than please the eye: it must serve as a fearless shield for the truth and a voice for the marginalized.
Aligned with the 2026 theme, โ€œAni ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting,โ€ we honor the courage it takes to create in a changing world. This celebration highlights how Filipino artistry thrives when it is rooted in integrity and the bravery to protect our shared history.
The Mindanao Tech stands at the forefront of this movement, using student journalism to defend democracy and press freedom. Through our photographs and illustrations, we transform raw reality into powerful visuals that challenge lies and uphold the truth.
This February, our creative cluster joins this movement by showcasing specialized works, including Chronixel of the Photojournalism section and Art Gallery of Art section.
Let us come together to join this harvest of talent and stand firm in our collective identity as Filipinos. Let our passion for the arts be the force that inspires us to live with honor and unwavering bravery.
