Many individuals struggle to fall asleep throughout the night, but if you need a little rest today, even in public, it’s entirely acceptable because it’s National Public Sleeping Day.
Certainly, nobody will judge you if you feel like dozing off on that park, bench, field, or wherever you are. Grab a pillow and a blanket and get ready for that magical time when you can nod off in public because that’s actually what we are all supposed to do today.
However, remember to do it cautiously. Napping at your desk while in a class is certainly not a good idea.
