The world celebrates the 27th year of the Pokemon games. Driven by his aspirations of becoming an entomologist but superseded by his love for video games, Satoshi Tajiri launched the first Pokemon games in 1996.
A year after, an animated series was released featuring a boy named Ash in his quest to become the GOAT Pokemon Master with his friend, Pikachu โ the flagship pokemon monster of the series. Pokemon Go โ a virtual game โ was released to celebrate the 20th year of the franchise in 2016. It served as a platform for the fans to interact, living to the ultimate catchphrase โ Gotta Catch ’em all.
