For young people who wish to show how happy they are generally, taking a selfie has become customary. This may be how they express their emotions or highlight a significant occasion in their lives in some cases. Despite being beneficial for self-esteem, snapping selfies has significant disadvantages, according to the Child Mind Institute. Our propensity for taking selfies has caused a significant shift in our psyche and behavior throughout time.
In that, National No Selfie Day is celebrated annually on March 16. This day serves as a reminder to stop snapping selfies in a moment when we have all developed selfie addictions. Furthermore, celebrating this day is a fantastic way to detox from our daily selfie-taking and social media posting routine.
Letโs all remember that selfies can be taken without any harm, but taking too many is definitely not a wise idea.
Greetings to all on this National No Selfie Day!
