Please get a note from the Graduate School (DD Clemente Bldg) and pay P250 at the Cashier (open M-F 8am-4pm). During the exam, bring an ID with picture, your OR, along with a ballpen and pencil. You would also need your TOR and Certificate of GPA. Bring these on Dec. 21, if possible. If not, please have them ready eventually. These are needed before your exam is scored.
