Three days after Jesusβ crucifixion, which led Him to die roughly, He rose from the dead. Hence, marks the occasion of Easter β the biggest day in the Christian calendar; the end of fasting and penitence.
Easter Sunday is when Jesus made happen what He meant by saying He would suffer, die, and be raised on the third day. One of its remarkable events is the narrative of an empty tomb where Jesusβ corpse was buried after being taken down from the cross.
There have been huge differences in terms of celebrating this Christian holiday. But despite that, may we all be reminded that today is the joyful end of the Lenten Season. With that, may we take by heart everything we learned in the account of Jesus so that we can maintain and radiate the good inside us.
