To all continuing undergraduate students (regular and irregular), you are required to pre-register via https://studentportal.usm.edu.ph beginning December 31, 2024  until January 5, 2025, to confirm your enrollment for  the Second Semester, A.Y. 2024 – 2025.

NO SAR, NO ENROLLMENT for all REGULAR and IRREGULAR students!

REGULAR STUDENTS
The Admission and Records Office (ARO) will automatically process your enrollment. (January 6, 2025 – January 13, 2025)

IRREGULAR STUDENTS will have an OPEN ENROLLMENT from January 14, 2025- January 17, 2025. Proceed to your College and look for your Program Admission Officer (PAO) for the following:

  • Advisement 
  • Enrollment

Monitor your enrollment status by logging into SAR. The following messages will appear: 

  • Enrolled (means you are officially enrolled)
  • Processing – (means that your enrollment is in process)

3. Download the Certificate of Registration (COR) via the student Portal https://studentportal.usm.edu.ph.

Returning students, shifters, and transferees need to personally visit their Program Admission Officers from January 14, 2025, to January 17, 2025 for advisement and enrollment.

For Returning students (those who have stopped for a while) and shifters (enrolled at the main campus and other USM campuses in the past semesters and will change academic program), please make sure to visit the college where the academic program is offered to find out if there are available slots.

For Transferees (2nd Semester 2024-2025), please check the link (https://bit.ly/summary-of-enrolment-1st-sem-2024-2025) for the available slots per program. To prioritize your USMCEE result, kindly visit the University Test Development Center (UTDC) at the USM main campus from January 6–10, 2025, during office hours.

Proceed to the College offering the program you intend to enroll in and look for the Program Admission Officer (PAO) for advisement and enrollment (face-to-face). 

Please ensure you bring the following admission requirements:
1. Original TOR for evaluation
2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials
3. Original Certificate of Good Moral and
4. Original PSA Birth Certificate.

Additional admission requirements:

  • BS Midwifery, BS Nursing, and BS Pharmacy 
  • For Female: Hepatitis B Test, Chest X-Ray, and Pregnancy Test
  • For Male: Hepatitis B Test and Chest X-Ray
  • BS Hospitality Management, BS Nutrition and Dietetics, and BS Food Technology
  • Hepatitis B Test
