Elorde Jr. S. Crispolon, PhD. was successfully accepted into the Visiting Fellowship Program funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research, and implemented by Campus France. This program is part of the Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) initiative towards scientific contributions to climate change issues.

This program is open to early career researchers with well-defined a research proposal supported by a French host institution. According to the MOPGA website, the program has generated interest from highly qualified applicants around the world. The rigorous selection process involves two phases: first, proposals are evaluated by scientific experts in a relevant field, and then the final selection is carried out by an international committee.
