The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced today, November 18, 2025, that the University of Southern Mindanao achieved a 100% passing rate for its first-time takers in the November 2025 Licensure Examination for Midwives.
USM posted an overall 70.59% passing rate, higher than the national passing rate of 57.60%.
The Midwifery board exam was conducted on November 8–9, 2025, across various PRC testing centers in the Philippines.
