MASTS President Cabral signs MOA with USM, LGU-Kabacan

President Nelson P. Cabral, Ed.D, representing the Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools, Incorporated (MASTS, Inc.), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) President Dr. Francisco Gil N. Garcia, PhD, represented by Dr. Lawrence Anthony U. Dollente, Director of the University Quality Assurance Office (UQAO), and the Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Kabacan Mayor Evangeline P. Guzman represented by Municipal Administrator, Ben Guzman.

Cabral emphasized that the agreement signifies the unifying strength across state universities and colleges in Mindanao through MASTS. He highlighted the importance of fostering camaraderie among regions and instilling the values of sportsmanship and friendship, which are crucial in shaping the participants.

The purpose of the MOA was to formalize USM’s role as the host for the Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools, Incorporated (MASTS, Inc.) Culture and Arts Festival 2023.
