Want to become a blood donor?
In line with the celebration of the 126th Founding Anniversary of the Philippine Army, a BLOODLETTING ACTIVITY will be held on March 9, 2023 at USM Gymnasium.
Donor/s Preparation/
1. Atleast 51kgs and above
2. Must be 18yrs old and above
3. Must eat breakfast, 2 hiurs fasting after eating
4. Avoid meat (pork/beef), ginataan, processed food( chorizo/corned beef) before donation
5. No alcoholic drink intake for 24 hours
6. No smoking 3 hours before donation
7. 8 hours of sleep
8. Physically fit
