It could be noted that the university previously hosted the same conference in 2017. One of the NOAB Members presented the program of activities for the conference to be conducted. It will be a four-day conference, from November 8 to 11, 2011, that will include presentations of scientific studies related to organic agriculture, exhibit on crops, livestock, poultry, and fertilizers, as well as a tour to nearby organic farms. Delegates from all across the Philippines will attend this event. Furthermore, the event will be attended by a number of distinguished professionals as well as some well-known representatives from the Department of Agriculture.

The National Organic Agriculture Scientific Conference is an annual event organized by a number of state universities and colleges around the country. It is attended by members of the Philippine National Organic Agriculture Society. This event intends to bring together advocates, practitioners, and enthusiasts from both the academic and non-academic communities in the country to form a society dedicated to promoting organic agriculture. Furthermore, the NOASP is part of the Philippine Department of Agriculture’s Organic Agriculture Program, which aims to promote, propagate, further develop, and implement organic agriculture in the Philippines in order to create a competitive and sustainable organic industry that contributes to: better income and sustainable livelihood.
