The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) facilitated the benchmarking visit of the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST) on April 21, 2025, at the Administration Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.
During the visit, CFCST benchmarked with USM’s Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) and Property Office to learn about faculty evaluation processes and property management systems.
USM’s Chief Administrative Officer for Administration, Ms. Margie Galang, formally welcomed the delegation. Following this, HRMDO Director Dr. Nerissa G. Dela Viña presented the university’s Dynamic Candidate Assessment System (DYCAS), which evaluates faculty based on performance and potential.
In addition, CFCST officials observed the practices of the Property Office related to asset management and inventory control.
The activity aimed to help CFCST improve its internal systems by learning from USM’s existing processes.
