USM Joins 2025 SOPA of Cotabato Governor Mendoza

Dr. Jonald L. Pimentel, the President of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM), along with his four Vice Presidents, attended the 3rd Ulat Sa Bayan 2025 of the Kabacan Mayor Hon. Evangeline P. Guzman on March 12, 2025 at the Municipal Gymnasium, Kabacan, Cotabato.
Mayor Guzman shared that Kabacan ranked 4th among the most competitive municipalities in the entire Philippines, according to the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) data from the previous year. Additionally, the municipality of Kabacan also received recognition in various fields, including Economic Dynamism, Resiliency, Infrastructure, Government Efficiency, and Innovation. Further, she also expressed gratitude to all the people of Kabacan for their sacrifices and trust to her administration.
USM and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Kabacan maintain a strong partnership through its collaborative programs, projects and activities for the community.
