Kabataan Partylist Representative visits USM

The University of Southern Mindanao warmly welcomed Congressman Raoul Manuel, the Kabataan Partylist Representative, on November 8, 2024, at the Office of the President USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.

With the goal of empowering the Filipino youth, the visit became a venue for a fruitful dialogue with the university student leaders.

Together with Manuel were people from the University of the Philippines Mindanao, Fauzhea Guiani, Jayvie Cabajes, Professor Kert Tandog, and the National Union of Students of the Philippines (NUSP) Secretary General, Ceejay S. Bebis.

Rep. Manuel, who entered Congress at 27, was one of the youngest members of the 19th congress. He advocated and called for free education in public tertiary schools.
