USM-UQAO briefs trade fair vendors on No SUP policy

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) officially opened its Pasiklaban 2024 Trade Fair on September 18, 2024, in front of the College of Business, Development Economics and Management (CBDEM), USM, Kabacan, Cotabato, where the entrance arch is located.
The members of the Board of Regents, USM Vice Presidents, and the members of the Administrative Council led the ribbon-cutting. Additionally, the sashing of candidates for Mr. and Ms. USM 2024 transpired.
Based on an interview with University Security Services and Management Office Director Prof. Orlando Forro, this year’s trade fair features around 283 stalls, showcasing a wide variety of products and services.
During the activity, Dr. Lawrence Dollente, the Director of the University Quality Assurance Office (UQAO), highlighted the University’s “No Single-Use Plastic” policy.
The short program concluded with a community dance, marking the beginning of Pasiklaban 2024 in celebration of the institution’s 70th founding anniversary.
