Arbie Carl B. Bangcaya and Ginafe N. Fabrero, the University Laboratory School students who won two bronze medals for Region XII in the archery competition in the Palarong Pambansa 2024, paid a courtesy visit with USM President Francisco Gil N. Garcia after the Monday convocation program, 29 July 2024.
Along with them were Prof. Maybell S. Martin, the ULS Coach for the Palaro, Prof. Marlon M. Salvador, the ULS Principal, Eimer M. Estilloso, EdD, VP for Administration and Finance, and Ms. Charisse M. Quiambao, the Supervising Administrative Officer for Finance Management Services.
The bronze medals earned by these two ULSians helped Region XII attain the 8th rank in the overall placement of regions from all over the country.
USM recognizes this new achievement as the University values the culture of excellence in academics and its achievements in sports.
