Based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on March 6, 2024, the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) garnered a perfect 100% passing rate in the February 2024 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE), marking a historic milestone for the institution.
This remarkable achievement revealed that the 34 first-time takers from USM have successfully passed the exam way above the national passing rate of 48.27%.
The examination took place on February 2-4, 2024, across testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan (Oriental Mindoro), Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, San Fernando (Pampanga), Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bohol, Calbayog, Cauayan (Isabela), Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Occidental Mindoro, Rosales and Bayambang (Pangasinan).
The result demonstrates USM’s efficacy in training future criminology experts and the students’ commitment and diligence in their studies.
