USM CCD-OSA trains SPFO Officers, Members on PFA

Three hundred and twelve University of Southern Mindanao students received financial assistance from the Tulong Dulong Program (TDP) on April 26, 2024, at the Commercial Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato. The event was facilitated by the Office of Student Affairs (OSA).
The TDP was led by Congressman Raymund Mendoza and 3rd District Representative Congresswoman Samantha Santos.
Each qualified student will receive 7,500 pesos per semester.
In her message, Cong Sam advised the students to be strategic to succeed in their lives. “Sometimes, it’s not all about studies, diskarte will assist you… I want you to study; yes, I want you to finish your studies, but at the same time, you need to reward yourself”, she highlighted.
Present in the program were Board Members of 3rd District Joemar Cerebo and Ivy Dalumpines, Board Member Karen Michie De Guzman, Vice President for Admin and Finance Dr. Eimer Estilloso, and the Director for Instruction Dr. Elsa Gonzaga.
