The Culmination and Graduation of the Group Growth Program (GGP) of the University Guidance Center was held on February 19, 2016 at the USM Gymnasium, Kabacan, Cotabato.

The venue was jampacked with more or less 3,500 students, faculty, guidance counselors, deans, and other key officials of the University. There were 3,357 students who received their certificate of completion of the Group Growth Program for School Year 2015-2016.

The guest of honor and speaker was Mr. Judy O. Selloriquez, an alumnus of the College of Engineering and Computing (CENCOM) and a peer counselor from S.Y. 2009-2011. He is at present a Barangay Kagawad in Tulunan, North Cotabato.

During the program, the peer facilitators who handled the GGP classes were also recognized and given their certificates of commendation.

The Group Growth Program or GGP was a program designed for all first year and transferee students. It aimed to facilitate their adjustment to the new academic environment in college/university by providing them with activities that would enhance their emotional, social, spiritual and mental growth and development.
